Kim Masson

I've been part of the Kairos family since before we officially launched in 2017. In 2018, I joined the staff, and from the very beginning, I've known this is exactly where God has called me to serve. I've never doubted that this is where He has called me to serve.

My passion is connection. I love helping people find a place where they belong and feel known. As the Director of Engagement, I have the privilege of helping people take their next steps at Kairos—whether that's getting connected through a group, becoming a Moment Maker, or simply finding community. My heart is to make it easy for people to get involved, stay connected, and discover the unique purpose God has for their lives.

I've been married to my best friend for over 23 years, and together we've been blessed with three incredible sons. We also spent three years as foster parents, an experience that deepened our hearts for people and reinforced the importance of community and walking alongside others.

I believe life is better when we do it together and that the local church is where lasting relationships are built, faith grows, and lives are changed. It's an incredible privilege to get to serve at Kairos, and I look forward to helping you find your place here.
