1 Chronicles 23:13 - Aaron, along with his descendants,  was set apart forever to consecrate the most holy things, to burn incense in the presence of Yahweh,  to minister to Him, and to pronounce blessings in His name forever.

 

DON'T LET FAILURE DEFINE YOUR FUTURE, LET GOD'S FORGIVENESS DEFINE IT.

 

Exodus 32:1 - When the people saw that Moses delayed in coming down from the mountain, they gathered around Aaron and said to him, “Come, make us a god who will go before us because this Moses, the man who brought us up from the land of Egypt—we don’t know what has happened to him!”

 

Exodus 32:4 -  He took the gold from their hands, fashioned it with an engraving tool, and made it into an image of a calf.

Exodus 20:2-5 - 2 I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the place of slavery. 3 Do not have other gods besides Me.  4 Do not make an idol  for yourself, whether in the shape of anything in the heavens above or on the earth below or in the waters under the earth. 5 You must not bow down to them or worship them.

FAILURE DOESN’T CANCEL YOUR CALLING—BUT REFUSING TO REPENT WILL KEEP YOU FROM IT.

Exodus 32:35 - And the Lord inflicted a plague on the people for what they did with the calf Aaron had made.

Deuteronomy 9:20 - The Lord was angry enough with Aaron to destroy him. But I prayed for Aaron at that time also.

SOMEONE'S “41” MIGHT BE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF YOUR PRAYER FOR THEM.

YOUR FAILURE MAY BE WHAT BRINGS YOUR CALLING INTO FOCUS.

THE LAW REVEALS THE PROBLEM—SIN.
THE PRIESTHOOD ADDRESSES THE PROBLEM—ATONEMENT.

JESUS FULFILLS THE LAW—LIVING IN PERFECT OBEDIENCE AND BECOMES OUR GREAT HIGH PRIEST—BECOMING THE PERFECT SACRIFICE.

Romans 5:20-21 - The law came along to multiply the trespass. But where sin multiplied, grace multiplied even more 21 so that, just as sin reigned in death, so also grace will reign through righteousness, resulting in eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

OUR FAILURE ISN'T FINAL, GOD'S FORGIVENESS IS.
